This is my backup guitar for the JS2450. I have a 2016 model, so it has the Bubinga stripe and rosewood fretboard just like the JS2450, in the latest production years they changed to a Purple Heart stripe and Panga Panga fretboard. I did not re-fret this one because it actually played very well from the factory, but I did end up having to do a light fret leveling, better crowning, and superior polishing because I like perfection and I want my guitars to feel the same. The nut height was dropped from 21 thousands of an inch to 14 thousands of an inch.
